The cozy living room with two comfortable couches and the large flat-screen TV invites you to linger and promises nice hours together. In addition to the coffee table, there is also a workstation which you can use as you wish.
There is also a small, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher and fridge.
You can relax in the bedroom after an eventful day. Here you will find the very comfortable king-size bed, which promises restful nights, and a large closet.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower.
W-Lan is available free of charge. A parking space is available (this is approx. 10 minutes away from the accommodation)
The Neighborhood:
Are you looking for something special? In the middle of Warnemünde, between the train station, harbor and church, you can enjoy a wonderful stay in the city. Seven small apartments form a single unit in this apartment building. Whether you are a couple, a family or a larger group - you will love it!
The apartments are located in the center of Warnemünde, between the Alter Strom and the Kurpark. There are many small restaurants and cafés, shops and bars in the immediate vicinity. Warnemünde's Baltic Sea beach is also just a few minutes away from the accommodation.
You can also reach the ferry in just 10 minutes on foot and get to the other side of the Warnow to explore the yacht harbor residence or the seal station. For sporty adventurers, Warnemünde offers a variety of water sports in addition to the well-developed Baltic Sea cycle path.
The party cellar in the house with space for 15 people can also be rented and is a special highlight!
Celebrate together with family and friends and everyone has their own place to stay in the same house! So you can enjoy relaxed moments in a convivial atmosphere and even have breakfast together the next day. If you are interested, please contact us directly.
Thanks to the special location in the middle of Warnemünde, everything is open to you, from a visit to the beach to a shopping spree to a boat trip. Rostock with its many possibilities is only 10 km away and can be easily reached by car (approx. 15 minutes' drive) or by boat.
