Our stay was very nice and the architecture of the castle turned our getaway in an unforgettable experience.
There are some things that can be improved such as the AC and an outlet didn’t work. The hot tub in the SPA is a little outdated.
The Lobby Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant were very nice and elegant. The staff is very friendly.

Booked a cathedral view room thinking it would just be a small view of one of the spires or something… we get there and they tell us we have a balcony suite. IT WAS AWESOME! Basically seconds away from the cathedral. Had the best night ever for an insane price. Would definitely stay here if in cologne again.
