Desk attendant came out seemingly out of it and I said that I was the person listed behind her. She said hold on and then went in a backroom and didn’t come back for ten minutes until I buzzed the bell again. Then told me they gave away my room. Said I needed to have checked in by 6pm which I said I’d never heard of in my life. She was being argumentative. Made no attempt to reach out to me. No apology.
