Summary: Experience the beauty of Classic Rotoiti Lakefront, a charming holiday home ideally located on the shores of Lake Rotoiti. This house offers breathtaking views, a private jetty, and a boardwalk for easy lake access. Enjoy boating, jet skiing, and kayaking, with a boat ramp right outside the house. This house is perfect for a relaxing getaway! The Space: The main house is super comfy, with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, so you can get a great night's sleep. The open-plan living area leads right out to a sunny deck, perfect for chilling out and soaking up the sun. The separate sleep-out has even more space, with a bedroom that has a queen bed and a cot, which is great if you're traveling with kids. Plus, the sleep-out has a bunk room with two sets of bunks, so there's plenty of room for everyone. And to make things even easier, there's a separate bathroom in this area too. Guest Access: Guests will have private access to the entire house during their stay. The garage is locked and for the owner's use only. The shared boat ramp is accessible to residents. Ensure your vehicle and trailer are parked within the property to avoid obstructing the ramp for other residents. The Neighborhood: Nestled on the shores of beautiful Lake Rotoiti, our holiday home offers a tranquil escape with convenient access to local amenities. While the property itself offers a private jetty and stunning lake views, you'll find the immediate neighborhood is primarily residential, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Getting Around: Navigating to Classic Rotoiti Lakefront is straightforward. The property offers free parking on site. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is about a 30-minute drive. Public transport options are limited in Rotoiti Forest; therefore, having a car is recommended for exploring the area and accessing local amenities. But everything else about location lake front and tidy was excellent. Only the jetty is short to tie your boat and jet ski to. My boat is 6.35 m Buccaneer plus out board motor . Jet ski 3.5m long.
