Cons: The blanket provided was itchy and small. The shower needed to be deep cleaned. There was a weird stale smell in the room each time I returned because the key card has to be inserted into a slot by the door to activate the electricity in the room. Pros: A fan was provided which helped with the staleness and the room and bed were larger than expected. The location of the hotel is next to a gentlemen’s club and if I were alone I would not feel safe walking around after dark. The location was close to the main train station, and walking distance to many main sightseeing points.

The Junior suite was very spacious and had so many cute touches. The front desk, staff and dining staff were warm, gracious, and very professional. Had our itinerary been different I would’ve chosen to stay at this hotel for the longest period of time due to how well located it was and how beautiful our room and the hotel are.

The most luxurious and best hotel in Frankfurt that I have stayed at many times, located in a vibrant area with ultra-luxury shopping, outstanding cafés and restaurants, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Mohammad Bader

The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five stars; however, the sleeping arrangement was disappointing. The “queen” bed advertised was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created a noticeable and uncomfortable seam down the middle. In addition, the sheets and blankets were also twin-sized, requiring separate bedding for m wife and I. This made it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep together under the same covers. Overall, a wonderful hotel in many ways, but the bed setup significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.
