Il nous a bien expliqué tout le fonctionnement de sa maison. Le quartier n’est pas celui auquel on s’attend malheureusement mais le centre de Rouen est très joli. La maison, à l’intérieur, est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le petit bémol concerne le nettoyage qui n’est pas assez fait en profondeur et un store manquant dans la chambre du haut. Concernant le prix, pour avoir pu comparer d’autres logements dans la ville, je trouve cela un peu exhaustif surtout qu’il faut impérativement ajouter 5 euros (+3 facultatifs) pour avoir des draps (bien mentionné dans l’annonce mais cher au final). Il serait également préférable de mettre les draps à l’avance, plus secs, car nous avons eu la surprise d’aller au lit dans des draps encore humides.
