"This apartment was absolutely amazing had everything you could need! Including coat hangers, trays for the oven and containers. Honestly I can't rate this high enough. Check in was so easy communication with the hosts was great. And having a stair lift for my mother with mobility issues was unexpected but very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"We are an extended family wanting a large house near other family for en elderly father, grandfather, great grand father’s birthday, At just about every turn we struck problems. I might add we have stayed at numerous short-stay properties. The smartlock instructions were inadequate. There were no directions or guide book on where to find anything and no instructions on how to use anything. The heater was guesswork. There was no functioning wifi and and no TV reception at all. A cot was requested and promised in advance and not provided. We were told late on our last day that it would arrive between 8and 9pm (after the child had gone to sleep in a cot we had to buy). Broken timber and stone made getting to the bins difficult and the general rubbish bin was overflowing. We have sought a refund to compensate for our profound disappointment and reimbursement of out of pocket expenses but have received scant response. Communications with and the host were numerous and they consistently failed to address our concerns"
