We were extremely impressed with our stay and how helpful, friendly and accommodating the staff were during our stay. The facilities were great and beds extremely comfortable. We originally only booked two nights but had to extend our stay in Sydney an extra two nights so were happy to stay at the same hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Property was well located and relatively clean and practical. Breakfast was well organised for a buffet and clearly indicated what was available I.e. one barista coffee. Only down side is the car park is very tight for car spaces and getting in and out of you have a big car.

I loved the location and its proximity to restaurants and public transit. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Parramatta in general. The staff was excellent, especially Ruben at the front desk. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.
