Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and in good order. Only issue we had was no hot water for the three days we were there. The hotel did offer full refunds but if you haven’t traveled to this area before, this is one of the nicest hotels so we stayed.

The hotel was great. Very clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was terrific. We booked a bedroom with two queen beds through Expedia, but when we got there the hotel said we were booked for one King bed and we could use the sofa bed for our other 2 guests. The sofa bed was very thin and just not what we actually paid for. The hotel said that this was a common issue with Expedia, that the reservation is often different then what Expedia actually sells through their site. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not recommend using Expedia ever again. Expedia's services are dishonest and misleading.
