House was clean, comfortable and had good assortment of items in the kitchen. There were some books, games, foosball table and free streaming channels on the tv. “What a gem! The house is lost. Host is so well organized and communicates well. Location is convenient to Mt. Abrams, Sunday River and the town of Bethel. We were there during a snow storm and driveway and walk way were shoveled in the morning. The house was super cozy, clean and comfortable. I did not want to leave! Thank you for a great stay. ”
