The room was very clean and it was very spacious. There was a bedroom with a kitchen area and a bathroom so we were not at all cramped. I reached out before arriving and requested an iron and it was in my room when I arrived. I appreciated the kindness & accommodation of the staff.

A beautiful and well run property is the perfect location! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zach in Innsbruck! The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and easily a 10/10 stay. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Innsbruck!

Breakfast was fantastic. Property itself definitely has an old-fashioned/antique feel to it. The gentleman checking us in was a little confused as to what room to give us.

We have a lovely two night stay but the only thing that made the stay not as perfect as it could have been was the aircon in the room (501). The aircon was set to 16 degrees but the unit did little more than a mid temperature huff, we were really hot on our first night. We flagged this up at reception and staff were dispatched to fix the unit which we were told was done on our return. We hoped it would be better and maybe it was slightly but half way through the night the steaming coming from the aircon unit was terrible so we had to turn it off. We were hot again. The temperature outside was not hot so we hoped we would be ok but our stay was very uncomfortable. The location of the hotel and the staff were both great and so we are sad to have to flag this up as hoped reviews we had read were a one off, obviously not.
