Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Clean and inviting. Lots of windows, enjoyed the view especially out towards the river. Lots of wildlife, eagles, geese and other birds. It was convenient to fishing guides and several restaurants in Gassville, AR Cabin was a great find as they accepted our dog."

"This lovely house on the White River was perfect for our group of 8 adults to watch the eclipse and as a home base for outdoor hiking adventures. It's in a beautiful somewhat remote area (but not TOO remote) with lots of space between homes. It has great views of the river from the beautiful deck. The house itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen everything we needed, plus lots of little extras from the owners who were very responsive in all communications. Two queen bedrooms were very nice and the master bedroom was gorgeous and comfortable. We all spent most of our time on the large deck, enjoying the river view. We can recommend this house to anyone and would easily choose it again. Tip: Do note basement media/bedroom, which my husband and I took, is separate entry and you go outside and up outside steps to main house. It was quite comfortable with a king and queen bed, and spacious, but no bathroom which we knew ahead. We are campers and just brought a portable commode to park in the 'mudroom' leading into that basement bedroom in case of middle-night needs - though we didn't need it.)"
