"This room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing and the customer service at the front desk. The lady was super friendly and helpful. We had had a bad experience the night before in Tennessee and so it was such a relief and night and day difference from what weed been in the night before I slept so good. The bed was so comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this and breakfast was was OK as well"

The room was neat and comfortable but not updated recently The breakfast on Saturday was lacking at best Eggs were never brought to the dining area so our breakfast was a couple pieces of sausage since we are on a carb free diet. Sunday we checked out and ate elsewhere in town as we continued our journey"

"They were quick to get me extra pillows because of my disability. When one of the chairs broke they immediately brought a new chair. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. "For us, this was a treasure and we look forward to returning again when we can spend more time in Harrison and Buffalo National River. It is a unique hotel with lots of charm. The rooms are smaller and it does not have the same amenities as chain hotels but it was built in 1929. It’s on the National Registry and we found it to be a delight. The staff was wonderful!"
