“Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! ”

“Room excellent. Shower excellent. Only two issues firstly getting into the room digital keypad not explained clearly causing delay and room change...and tv hundreds of channels but could not find basic English channels”

“Very good apartment, great communication with the host, felt safe and would use again. Picking the key up meant calling at a shop around the corner but that worked well. Flat was clean, well set up and parking was free and safe and well organised within the same building. Very close to shops and the city etc. ”

“We had an awesome time at the Loft in Clipston. The house has everything you could possibly need. The grounds are beautiful and being close to Market Harborough is a real plus, as it is a lovely town. The loft has a fantastic kitchen and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. If you are looking for a great stay in the East Midlands this is an excellent spot! Thanks for having us, Susan!”

“I travel a lot for work and stay in many different places, but not often I find a place that is as good as home. The primary bed was very large and comfortable with a variety of pillow types. It was dark and quiet at night. The bathroom was large with a modern rain shower or soaker tub....the choice is yours. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook for yourself and the choice of living spaces were generous. Ground floor living room has a wood burning stove which I hope to enjoy when I come……

“What a fantastic place to stay. Beautifully designed and in the most gorgeous of settings. Very, very clean & everything we needed was provided. Kitchen/dining full of the latest tech & appliances. Comy sofa & great tv in lounge area. The bathroom & bedroom upstairs were so lovely. The communication with Susan & being shown around on check-in by Gaia was superb. The driving instructions were spot on. A wonderful location, so quiet & peaceful with lovely views of the countryside. We thoroughly……
