"It was a great stay,i got in early n got a better discount,Everything was clean n no bed bugs as others said. POOL is not thecsame om brochure but i never got time to get in it anyway.Breakfast needs to be bettr,not many choices but i got coffee with real milk😀Beds are not as fluffly as i like but my bed was covered on bottom with plastic n not hard😀 I was didappointed that tgere was no dryer in my room but girl up at office saud tgey dont have dryers or coffee machines in the room,but frudge n microwave worked n was clean I recommend this is a good hotel n brightly lit n no troubles on my trip Hope your stay is good too😀,ps.Use a sound machine,neighbor next door kept tvsuper loud,but i used my sound machine😀"

"The Haven was the perfect spot for our family reunion. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and having 4 and a half bathrooms was amazing!The floor plan is interesting, but it worked out great for us. The 2nd master suite is apparently part of an addition to the house. I think the “bunk room” used to be the garage and the 2nd master suite was the attic above it. It’s very nicely done with a sitting area outside the bedroom area with access to a full bathroom from both spaces. It was a perfect spot for grandparents to go to bed earlier and not hear any ruckus from the other end of the house. Access to the room requires going downstairs and then back up another set of stairs, but it’s also accessible by going out on the deck and using the sliding glass door to the bedroom - if you don’t feel like doing stairs. It was a bit confusing at first, but worked out really great. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The view from the deck is incredible and it’s where the whole family spent the majority of our time. Thank you Stacey for sharing your space with us and giving us the opportunity to create memories with our children and grandchildren. "

"This was the first time I’ve ever not stayed in a hotel so I was extremely nervous booking here. This property was the best first experience I think I could’ve ever had! Me and my partner are both in college so price was a really big factor in where we were able to stay. When I saw the price of this cabin I thought it may be a little more lower end just because it was comparatively inexpensive to anything else I saw. We were absolutely blown away when we went through the door though! The cabin was so nice and clean, very comfortable, and just had great vibes all around! The cabin was stocked with soaps and shampoos, towels, etc. which was so great to see. We came on a weekend that was stormy and loveeeeed sitting on the porch and listening to the rain (metal roof for the win). We had no issues with heat at all which was definitely great for the 90 degree 80% humidity weather. The area the cabin was in was also just amazing, it seemed so safe and was very well kept. Nice people everywhere and it just felt so great to come out of the cabin and see my kayaks still on my car roof haha. The cabin is smaller so keep that in mind for larger groups, I can say it would likely sleep 4 people comfortably, but if you’re just coming for a couple’s vacay or small family trip with kiddos this is the place!! Cannot stress enough how incredible this cabin and its manager was, it’s definitely staying on our list for future stays!"

"We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. We stayed with our two small dogs and it was a perfect fit for all of us. Check-in was easy, and everything we needed was provided. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again."

"Our family of seven adults and three dogs stayed on the property and were amazed at how unique this place is. Situated in a secluded 50 acres there are a lot of very different things to do. At the top of the hill there is a small animal farm with goats mules And chickens. Something we definitely did not expect but my wife and family loved. Every night we went up and pet the animals. The kitchens were well stocked, and the air-conditioning was very cold in all three cabins. Located in the middle of the woods there is a Cold tub and sauna which I have to say I’ve never done that was very interesting. And refreshing! Overall, this is a very unique stay with plenty of space and things to do. We didn’t even get to explore 1/10 that this property has to offer."

"Awesome house, very spacious and bright. Loved the view from the fire pit. Not a fan of Jack and Jill bathrooms but we made it work ok. Would definitely rent this again."

"We were pleased with the amount of space available, the cleanliness, and all of the items stocked in the kitchen. The screened-in porch was perfect for reading and listening to all the creatures around. We were pleasantly surprised with the campground’s fireworks display on the 4th and the sunset pavilion was perfect for photos!"

Even though we stayed during a heat wave and didn't enjoy the lake as much as we had hoped to, we were able to stay occupied with the plunge pool and other supplied games and activities! Most other hosts may have a few supplies on hand, but not this one, they had everything and more on hand. We just needed to supply food. "
