Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. "The location is excellent. Very close to old town. The staff were great especially Jose. Very helpful. The room had a beautiful view of the church across the street and high ceilings with a fan. Wonderful cafe located below. Lots of choices for coffee and tea in the kitchen that are complimentary. It could be cleaner and bathrooms could be cleaner. "The apartment got changed to another location. The communication around this was wxcellent and the new location was superb ! The apartment however was not how it looked in pictures , it had a strong cigarette smell and a musky smell which aggravated asthma . The bed was comfortable and the shower adequate "
