“In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.”

It's really nice. The bosses were all kind and always keep smiling. The room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast always enough. Not too far from centro and walk to the centro just need to go straight. It's easy.”

“The staff was so kind and so helpful. I loved it”

“Very good hotel, except the location is not good.”

“The impressive face the breakfast I like it very much thanks a lot”

“Quarto limpo Funcionários Café da manhã”

“Spacious room, definitely don’t forget to check in before you get there because you need a code to get in. Transit/buses easily accessible to get everywhere”
