“In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria,all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm.It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.”

“Good location and very walkable, but the apartment had a few comfort issues. The pull-out sofa was uncomfortable, and the double bed is quite narrow for two people. There was also a noticeable musty/wet-rag smell when we arrived, and it can get pretty loud from the busy café/bar downstairs—bring earplugs!
