The staff was AWESOME, they came everyday and asked if we needed anything. I will always come back to this OYO, the young lady at the desk was very friendly and very sweet, the lady that cleaned our room was also AWESOME and very sweet. Thank you for y’all kindness. Conveniently located. Check-in was easy. I had no problem with anything at the hotel.

Room was very clean plenty of towels and plenty of space .

The first room was not clean, had to move to another room, appeared to be clean. Water in shower lukewarm. One side of mattress had no support, I could not even lay on the side of the bed without rolling off, had to move to center and prop a pillow behind my back, the other side of mattress where my husband slept appeared to be fine. The AC unit sounded like jet planes taking off. The property said since they had to move us to another room, they had to charge us for the new room & they could not refund us for the dirty room we would have to call Expedia to get a refund, after waiting 40 minutes on hold for an associate, they told us they didn't do that the property would have to do that. Went to property help desk and was told she didn't know how to do that and would have to wait until tomorrow and have someone do it then, she did say she would work on it. No ice in the ice machine. Someone tried to get in our room Sunday morning while we were still sleeping, thank goodness we had the chain connected.
