The room was filthy. It was as if it had been thrown together and then someone came in to eat and shower. There was food in the microwave. The toiletries were open with used soap out hw counter. The shower soap ready was full of soap scum. The floor was so filthy the bath mat became muddy when moisture mixed with the filth. I had to clean and clean and inspected the stained mattress over and over for bed bugs. Thank God I didn't find any bedbugs but there were dead bugs in the corner of the room. I used the towels to clean unaware that I would be refused more towels. I guess once housekeeping is gone there is zero access to towels. That's a first. The same is true for toilet paper and so we resorted to using the facial tissue. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Sleep was difficult with so many guests hanging out outside to talk with one another w

The employees were great. We had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning keeping it cool.
