"No hot water."

"空港近くのレンタカー屋さんと合体したホテル。 キッチンお風呂洗濯機もついて、アパートのように暮らせます。 最低限の調理器具、お皿、電子レンジ・トースターもついています。 基本不満はないですが、唯一、シャワー・水道だけが変でした。定期的なサイクルで水が止まります。吐出量の問題なのか、給湯器の問題なのかわかりません。改善期待したいです。 また、飲食店がある市街からはやや距離があります。スーパーは1kmくらいのところにあります。"

"The room is big for my small family. They have laundry in every room and it is convenient for us to wash and dry clothes everyday. I like how they put washing detergent in a capsule machine, it is cute:) Hotel is near motobu genki village, we had a great time spending with the dolphins :)"

"We had a great stay at the Hotel sunset Zanpa. It was convenient for our needs, close to where we needed to be. There are convenience stores, markets and restaurants close by. The room was nicely organized and it had plenty of space for the two of us. There was a kitchenette, refrigerator and washer/dryer in the room for convenience. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Staff were super helpful prior to arrival giving different transport options. We arrived before check in time, but were able to check in early. The room surpassed our expectation, very clean and stylishly designed and decorated with an ocean view. We wish we stayed more than one night! "

"Great units and plenty of communication with the landlord. My only constructive criticism would be to have more instructions on how certain appliances in the unit work for International visitors. While I can appreciate that their rent is based on the number of occupants I found their policy regarding not allowing any visitors to visit the property (Even temporarily ) inhospitable and contrary to my experience with Japanese culture."
