“Out of all Japan stays, and that’s serval trips a year, including at unmanned properties, this was certainly the worst room ever plus worst experience with customer service. First of all. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work. It was 35C during the day and 30c at night. It took 40 min to get to a staff who righteously told me you should know that is an unmanned property. Fine. But functioning AC is basic requirement for this city. Asked us to search for an AC remote that doesn’t exist at first……
