Low budget accomodation and we (myself, son and daughter, both teenagers) had a lovely time here. Breakfast was rather basic but you had ham, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, muffins, fruits, baguette ...every day. Hot milk, cold milk, lactose free milk too. Kids arrived too for a holiday camp but they were well behaved and polite. We could have our breakfast in a seperate room because of that. Swimming pool was gorgeous. Really big and 1m70cm at the deepest. Was maintained every night with a cleaning robot. Only 1 negative point was that reception wasn't always manned and the provided telephone number stayed unanswered on a couple of occasions. But if you look around, even in the kitchen, someone came out and sorted your issue. Beds were made every day and bathroom tidied up. Shampoo sachets and wrapped soap. Shower knob had no hanger but this wasn't such on issue for us. Walk in shower.

The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

Lovely location literally 100m from beach, but very disappointed on check in since the room we booked was advertised by a photo of a spacious corner room with three windows. The room we were given was cramped with one window. The safe locked our laptops permanently, requiring a locksmith the retrive the contents. Most staff were helpful and friendly, but not the manager. Breakfast was excellent.

Difficult to grade as we arrived quite late and left early. The issue we had was that messages were not being delivered regarding check-in from the hotel. There is a note on the Expedia system that says "staff may not be available and check-in codes will be provided". We never received such codes and as such panicked calls were needed by us to Expedia on the day of arrival. They couldn't get in touch with anyone here and we were left wondering what might happen. Finally we spoke to someone who assured us someone would be there to help when we arrived at around 8pm. From then on it was fine, although the door key didn't work initially. Staff that greeted us were pleasant.

This hotel is excellent quality for the price it is unmatched. We stayed at the apartments which were quite big and had 2 separate rooms and 2 toilets. Breakfast buffet was nice as well
