I can’t tell you enough about this Riad. I read a lot of the reviews before I booked it. The staff made you feel right at home. We had never been to Morocco before and didn’t know what to expect. The Riad is perfect to shut you out from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service was amazing. The food was amazing. The rooms were great!! The living room to hang out was relaxing. The pool is enough to hang out in. I would definitely book this place again. We we’re actually sad To leave. This place has a great rating for a reason! And there dinner was fantastic

Amazing staff and service

A true treasure! Just outside the main hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. It was a 10 minute walk to the main square. The hotel itself was fabulous. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were made to feel so at home. They made a huge effort for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The pool was a refreshing 28 degrees. The rooftop terrace was lovely to relax on. Breakfast was a feast well worth making time for and was from 8-11am. Dinner has a limited menu but filling after a busy day travelling. WiFi drops out at busy times so would not be worth trying to do work there. We will definitely return.

The first room we had was in the 4000 building on the upper level, and the bathroom floor filled with water everytime we took a shower. Maintenance came three times in 2 days, but we could not deal with the sewage smell everytime we entered the room. After telling the receptionist we didn't want maintenance again she moved us to the 3000 building. The room was considered an "upgraded room," but it looked exactly like our previous room, just without the leaks and smell. All of the restaurants served the same breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner every single day. The food tasted okay, but were tired of eating the same stuff day in and day out. The lobby bathroom often had huge waterbugs/roaches running around and flying. The staff and entertainment was enjoyable, but what we liked most about the hotel was the free shuttle that took us to the "big square" and back. Overall, I've stayed at much better Riu hotels. This one thus far is my least favorite. Oh... Bring your own bottle of alcohol, because everything except the wine snd beer are watered down.

A tranquil oasis in the midst of the medina. Beautiful room, great food and the staff were amazing. The hammam is worth experiencing.
