First of all, a very special thank you to Emad, who helped organise the excursions and recommended some fantastic trips. Emad is an amazing person — extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful. His recommendations made the holiday even more enjoyable and truly unforgettable. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and all the effort he put into making the experience so special. I would also like to express my appreciation to all the hotel staff. They were absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, respectful, friendly and willing to help. Without a doubt, some of the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Their hospitality and professionalism were exceptional. Another very special thank you goes to Mustafa, one of the waiters in the restaurant. He is an amazing person — incredibly kind, polite, attentive, lovely and always happy to help. His positive attitude and excellent service made every dining experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, the entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.
