1. Very difficult check in process online, and time consuming. 2. Difficult entry and exit in the building and in the room, key pads not working right and online virtual keys taking too long to work. 3. Not the room from the pictures, I think they switch the room - you pay for one and they give you a lower quality one. 4.MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. 5. No complimentary water, why? Are they that cheap? 6. Building has the feeling of being haunted.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bucharest Luxury Apartment. The apartment was modern, spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and many of Bucharest’s main attractions. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bucharest and would gladly stay here again.

We had booked superior room for our stay, we arrived around 6pm, the room was clean & tidy however there was an overwhelming stench of sewage in the room & the room was boiling hot, we tried to use the air conditioning but that appeared to be broke & the mini bar/fridge inside the wardrobe was warm, as were the drinks, this was also not working. We didn’t have robes/slippers in the room as advertised either. There were no tea/coffee facilities, however not sure this is a thing in Romania. For a 4 star hotel the service & the maintenance of the room was poor. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, spotless. Staff were pretty miserable & didn’t seem attentive to sort the issues out. Wouldn’t stay here again if we were to return. The area seemed pretty run down & there were no shops nearby to get snacks or drinks.
