If you love George Strait, PURE COUNTRY is the perfect Frio River vacation home for your next getaway! Located in the gated Cypress Bend subdivision in Concan, Texas, this spacious two-story home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 16 guests in beds, making it ideal for large families and groups.  
  
This Frio River rental is conveniently located on Cedar Lane and is just a short walk to private river access. Guests can float the Frio River from the popular Seven Bluffs river entry and exit at Comanche Crossing, only minutes from the house. Prefer to relax? Cypress Bend allows renters to enjoy the subdivision’s exclusive Frio River access, perfect for swimming, tubing, and people-watching along the river. The river access is upriver from Kenneth Arthur Crossing, one of the best spots on the Frio.  
  
PURE COUNTRY features an open-concept floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Downstairs includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while upstairs offers an additional bedroom, sleeping area, and a full bath. TVs are located in the living room and master bedroom.

A pet fee of $25 per pet, per day applies. Pets must be kenneled when left unattended and leashed when outside. Pet fees are collected after booking confirmation.  
  
Linens & Towels:  
To help keep your stay affordable, guests may bring their own linens and towels. Linen and towel rentals are available for an additional fee with at least 3 weeks’ notice, subject to availability. Additional cost for linens and towels for 16 is $192 + tax.

PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.  
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products  
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.  
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

#### Perfect winter location

My extended family stayed for several days just after Christmas. Luckily the weather was perfect for spending time outside. We were a 5 minute walk from the river (a good distance for us as we had two small children and didn't want riverfront). The backyard was perfect for us--lots of time playing horseshoes and cornhole and evenings around the firepit with plenty of wooden swings for everyone to sit in.

I like that it was close enough to the river.... I didn't like how it didn't had a pool and also the outdoor activities didn't have what we needed it to be able to play ( No horseshoe or been bags) had to drive 20 miles to go to the store and buy some for my kids to be able to play.. Other than that it was nice and quiet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the home was great. We felt there could be more done to make the rental more comfortable for being on vacation. Living room couches (futons) are not comfortable at all for sitting. The master bedroom mattress and queen mattress in downstairs bedrooms were very uncomfortable. The queen bed needs a new frame, the entire bed moves whenever you roll over. Backyard area is nice and we appreciated all the dishes in the kitchen.

#### Frio Fracas- 2021 @ Pure Country.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to the Frio many times and stayed at various locations. We love the Cypress Bend Subdivision. My concern is the house seemed to be "well worn". Downstairs bath commode leaked. Home overall needed an updated and a very good clean job. A/C should cool better. Swings out back had rusty nails protruding. Sofa's need to be replaced...older people can't get out of them. We are a huge group that stays at a variety of homes. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful experience at the Pure country house. The house was clean and had ample sleeping quarters. We really enjoyed the backyard amenities - lovely covered porch, 5 porch swings, games, watching hummingbirds at feeder. Best of all was the closeness of the River!

#### Relaxing getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very welcoming and homey. Loved that the location had a playground for the children. We had to do a little searching for the river as we were unsure where we could park and relax in the water. Other than that we loved and enjoyed the stay

#### Wouldn’t choose this rental again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The get away and location in all was great . The place was not clean by any means the oven was broken as soon as we touched it it literally fell apart and Almost cut a guests foot off 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also no WiFi which was supposed to be available but this did help to keep family present and not on their phones . It was not worth the money but we stayed positive as a family ❤️
