Vallée de la Cèze, House with private pool in the heart of nature

A restored 180-square-meter former barn surrounded by vineyards on 8,000 square meters of land, accommodating 8 people, with a private pool and Wi-Fi access.
The house features a total of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with en-suite showers, 1 full bathroom, and 3 separate toilets.
An ideal place to gather with family or friends and enjoy quality time by the pool or over a delicious meal prepared on the plancha.
Pets are welcome.

BEDS:
Bed linens provided; beds are made upon your arrival.
Bath towels (2 towels), dish towels.
You can specify at the time of booking if you would like two single beds pushed together to form a double bed.

FOR THE LITTLE ONES:
Fold-out bed, baby bathtub, high chair available upon request.

THE GARDEN:
Large terrace furnished with outdoor seating, a table, and chairs for dining al fresco, as well as a gas grill.

THE POOL:
Lounge chairs around the pool.
Pool maintenance requires someone to be present 2 to 3 times a week during the guests’ stay.

CHECK-IN: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; please notify us if you’ll arrive later.
DEPARTURE: by 10:00 AM

PETS:
Our four-legged friends are welcome; however, any daily waste left near the house must be disposed of before departure.
Pets are not allowed upstairs in the sleeping area.
The yard is not fenced; the road leading to the house is 100m away.
Very few cars pass by; the road leads to another house 500m further on and ends in a cul-de-sac, so pets have plenty of safe space to roam.

SIGHTSEEING AND ACTIVITIES:

A river is 800m away for swimming.
Along the Cèze River, you’ll find numerous swimming spots.
The house is located 500m from a hamlet and is not overlooked.
It is surrounded by vineyards, and the river (the Cèze), 800m away, can be reached via a small road followed by a path accessible by car.

Within a 20-kilometer radius, you can explore beautiful villages listed as “The Most Beautiful Villages of France” (La Roque-sur-Cèze, Montclus, Lussan, Aiguèze), as well as the town of Uzès (27 km) and the Pont du Gard (35 km).
Numerous sinkholes and caves open to visitors welcome you to the region (Grotte de La Salamandre, Aven d’Orgnac, Grotte Chauvet, etc.)

In Goudargues (10 km), take the time to do some shopping and stop at the cafés lining the canal, which is bordered by plane trees.
There are also shops in Bagnols-sur-Cèze (6 km).

Other Activities: Canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding on the Cèze River; horseback riding; electric mountain bike rentals; and tree-top adventure courses.
