Staff were friendly. Breakfast inclusion was nice. Lack of luggage storage caused $40 added expense. Would not stay again for that reason

Everything was perfect. We’ve stayed many times. I book the Intercontinental because I know we are going to have a wonderful stay, wonderful service, fantastic amenities every time. Fabulous as usual! Thank you.

Recommended. stay 4 nights, Room was way bigger than the average European hotel, cleanness was as expected and the staff was very helpful with all my requests, location is great with the tram right in front of the hotel, i would prefer to stay closer to the city centre, but i even walk from the city friday and saturday night and it takes like 25 mins, lot of bars and restaurants open late felt very secure walking from the city, an uber charge 12 to 15 dollars from the city, will stay again

Bonjour! What a wonderful little but delightful Maison. Lovely, friendly welcome. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the house and rooms are all fabulous and especially the spiral staircase. My room was large, spacious, clean and modern with high ceiling and view over the small pool. It’s a classic small mansion style you will see in photos, almost boutique as I’m sure all the rooms are different. I came in winter so couldn’t enjoy the pool and health facilities but I’ll bet it’s just amazing in spring and summer and so I’d love to come back with my partner too. The trams stop just outside so if you wanted to get to the centre it’s ideal but also the local area is friendly and safe too. I was here with business but would definitely return.
