Rooms are spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was good. Great location on the river with nice path for walks.

Mini mikychen was a great extra. Friendly, helpful staff.

Our stay got off to a terrible start. We checked into Room 111 and found black mold in the shower. The front desk staff member was polite and tried to help, but the next room offered (Room 126) also had an unclean shower. After more than an hour of being moved between rooms, we were finally given a clean room, only to discover that the TV didn't work. At that point, I asked for a discount because the check-in process had taken over an hour due to issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. The hotel refused, saying they had already "upgraded" us. While I appreciate the efforts of the front desk employee, the overall experience was unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation, and some form of compensation would have been appropriate. I would not stay here again.
