The room was horrible. Not well maintained, not clean. Bed had some hair and spots on it. The bath was greasy. The shower curtain was even worse… Some towels were yellowish… did not seemed fresh. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a thousand years.. A lot of life in this carpet.. absolutely disgusting Fridge doesn’t work

Much better than what I expected based on the reviews. Older hotel but everything worked. The pool was awesome! 8 ft deep at one point and much bigger than I expected. Nice and warm too. Our whole family loved it. Breakfast was good but very busy! Good choices though the eggs look a little different. The pancake machine was very cool and made delicious pancakes. The two staff working the breakfast room were amazing, so good at keeping everything stocked on two very busy days. Definitely a decent stay for family on the road.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

This was our 3rd time at Chateau Moncton, and it never disappoints. Friendly staff, super clean rooms, beds very comfortable. The only issue I had was how much the price has gone up since last year, I was only able to afford it because of a discount I had on expedia. Sadly I don't think I can afford to stay here anymore at almost 300$ a night.

All were great and a small suggestion;they should consider changing the breakfast menus at least twice a week.
