No no parking in safe lit area, only one entrance to building, the card reader did not work so you had to wait for someone to walk by inside to let you in, the staff member at the desk was frazzled, exhausted, had no support, the entire lobby smelled of marajuana, the beds were so hard my body felt bruised , one lady at the desk said her shower did not work and the desk person said he would not refund her, our first 2 rooms that were issued to us had occupants inside already! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! What a poor representation for sure stay.

They change my reservation from 2 queen beds to room with 1 bed but told me they had upgraded me to a suite. The room I was provided was far from a suite/worst suite I have ever stayed in with outdated furniture and appliances including super small tvs.

The bed is hard, the walls are thin. The gal at the front was nice when checking in. The room had a strong smell of chemicals when we go to the room, not cleaning chemicals something else. My neightbor woke me up at 3 am, i have a hard time going back to sleep. The walls are thin so i was awake. You get what you pay for. Woke up at 3 am with a sore back. The area isnt to bad, it is tucked away thats good.

You get what you pay for. Beds were very uncomfortable, location felt edgy, not enough light in the unit, hall carpet looked really dirty and the worst part sink was broken had to use the tub to wash hands, face and teeth. Went to talk to the front desk and they said they were going to write a note!!! Haha, how about a discount for a none functional sink. Anyway, needed a place to crash after picking up my daughter from ucdavis but definitely not here again.
