Staff was excellent, room was clean and cozy and breakfast was delish!! On my day of departure, the hotel was sold out but they still gave me an extra 30 mins to check out. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

Nice clean hotel, room was comfortable. Good location to Times Square if that’s the area you’re looking for. Lifts were faulty on the last day and security had to manually pick and drop everyone off to there floors. Apart from that no issues
