“Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. ”

“This was our first visit to Nevis was it was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about the island, the people, the food, and especially this house. What a find! The location was awesome - a nice quiet area with the beach as the backyard. The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty big for our family of six. “Come for the views and stay for the breezes! Super private and very comfortable villa with a lovely infinity pool and nice outdoor spaces. We loved our stay - the kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfy, and we appreciated having all the games, pool toys and snorkel equipment. “I spent a week in Nevis in a private home followed by a week at Park Hyatt St. Kitts in 2018 and knew I wanted to return one day with my kids and that is what we just did. I loved the area of the Hyatt/Christophe Harbor but the privacy of a home and that’s how I found Nick’s home. It is beautifully appointed inside and out. “Beautiful island views easy drive to beaches and several restaurants. Comfortable bed. Could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Could have used a few “how to” directions for door locks..safe not available for passports and such. However, Jeremy was available for any questions we had and was always pleasant.”

“We love Calypso Bay Villas. This villa was wonderfully relaxing. While no one was onsite when we arrived, we appreciated the easy communication with the property manager. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon when stores were closed, so we appreciated that the host left fresh food in the fridge.”

“The Zenith House is the place to stay! Its absolutely stunning, wake up every morning to the most breathtaking views. After a day out and about come home to a endless pool to cool off the hot humid days. The sunsets are spectacular you will not want to miss not one while you are there. “We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches.”

“Beware!!! Online they claim "you'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and reality is you're actually sharing the "home" with other people! After reading that i thought i would've been there alone with my party and there was no such thing, they had people their staying! Please beware guys, i booked and couldn't even get my money back and i didn't stayed there because i was expecting a little place for me and my family. I lost money and time……

“The 2nd time we've stayed at Tree Frogs, this time for 5 weeks. Well kitted out with an excellent larger than average pool. Nicely located with eady access to main beaches and beach bars and restaurants. I'd advise renting a car to gain maximum flexibility.”
