I gave 4 out of 5 stars is due to the sound from the AC, sometimes it tends to get abit loud for a few minutes and then back to normal again. Other then that the surrounding area is good, there is a gym nearby, school, parks, mall, king power duty free mall and finding food and drinks is not a problem at all.

"Upon arrival I was greeted by a very polite man who was well organised and had me processed in a matter of minutes. He also helped me with things like local shops, local buses and directions into Pattaya. He even printed out directions on where to get the bus and booked me a taxi a couple of days ..."
