"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The heated pool was an excellent cherry on top after a day on the beach. Because there are large empty lots on either side of the house, the house feels very private. It was the most beautiful stay I've ever had on the coast of North Carolina. We often felt like we were on a private beach. September sounds like an excellent time to visit!"

"Great location and large decks with a lot of seating area. House was well equipped. It was the best equipped kitchen that I have seen in my 10 years of renting on Holden! Nice long private walkway to the beach. Large living space. Exceptionally clean. Not noted in the write up was that there is an extra fridge, beach chairs, beach toys and 2 bikes in the storage area. This house is perfect for a large group. "

"From beginning to end the rental company was in constant contact with us! I had an amazing experience with them. Even on Thursday they had arranged an Ice Cream Truck to visit all the rentals. Very nice touch!! They gave us excellent dinner recommendations. As for the house top notch we had never been to Holden Beach and we all fell in love with the quite tranquil setting. We are definitely coming back was a beautiful beach and the house was nicely located on the beach so everyone could enjoy both the views as well as the beach access. Thank you to all for an amazing vacation!!"

"Easy to find and access the keys. Lovely setting and much wildlife to view in the marsh. Deer, spoon bills, egrets, etc. Neighborhood dock is available on the Intercoastal Waterway for fishing and those who have boats or kayaks like us. Kitchen is lovely and well equipped and part of an overall lovely open living and dining room. "
