Maybe it’s the European way, but I thought that was very odd. I called because the TV was not working and I felt as if I was interrupting the host. The accommodations were fine. Overall, if ever in Triest again, we would certainly contact Ghiberti again. The price was very reasonable."

She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. It's a bit of a walk to the restaurants but it's totally feasible. A supermarket is also a short walk away. And if course the beautiful Isonzo river which is totally worth going. I totally recommend this place."
