"The hotel was superb with outstanding landscaped property offering top class facility in a restful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were amazing, extremely keen to meet all our needs. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent in terms of thr quality and variety. The hotel has fantastic range of facilities and activities for children. My only criticism is that given its remote location and the lack of ant local village or restaurants/ eateries, choices for dinner were limited to very expensive hotel restaurants ( costing above European prices) and a burger/ wings shack. The pizzeria closes at 4 pm. Due attention needs to be given to provide eating facilities for a range of budgets as not many can afford the highly expensive buffets. Even the a la carte beach restaurant was way too pricey."

"Everything was fantastic. Swim up room was incredible. Agree with other reviews about the hotel restaurant being pricey compared to restaurants less than a 5 min walk down the beach (with better quality food!). Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Thailand. "

"This place was special. All the bungalows are set in an enchanting jungle setting along a salt water lagoon, The neighborhood was rural and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a few excellent, low key restaurant across the street and a lovely little village with small minimart and the other usuals north along the little street. If you need a more lively night scene, just walk 300 m north along the beach. "

"Highly recommend this resort. Lovely staff, super accommodating. Food was yummy and the resort in general was clean and well maintained. Some of the restaurants were on the more expensive side but that was expected. There’s a free shuttle if you’re also interested in visiting the local markets. "

"wow, we love this hotel first off. We got a room with the sea facing view and we did have a beautiful ocean view. The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds, immaculate, and all of the architecture was so interesting and perfectly planned. The staff were beyond friendly when we showed up to breakfast 10 minutes early they open the door and welcomed us in and on our last day we had to leave even earlier than that they opened breakfast just for us now that’s what I call Service! We enjoyed eating out by the pool and watching the fire show. Keith Richardson we are really hoping to come back to thailand and stay at Devasom again in the future."

Snow, Jenny & Bishnu at reception were absolutely excellent & particularly charming. Nat in the recreation department was beyond expectation. And Aun, Pong & King were all very helpful. Iwould also like to thank the entire restaurant and kitchen staff for their baking & sining!"
