My room was 201, and it had a window facing Nguyễn Huệ Street. On our first night there, a group of people showed up with portable loudspeakers and blasted music at full volume right on the pedestrian street across from our room. It was unbearably loud — their screaming and shouting through the speakers was insane. The noise pollution only stopped at 2:30 in the morning.
And on Monday night, it happened again at around 10 PM. It was so irritating and impossible to sleep that I had to call the front desk, asking them to do something about that crazy group who were deliberately blasting sound at full power to disturb everyone’s sleep. It took another full hour before the noise finally stopped.
I do not recommend staying in a room facing the street or staying at this hotel at all.
