The holiday home Les Pouges, with ground-level access, is located in Saint Avit Saint Nazaire and is an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with your family or friends. The 32 m² property includes a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work with a dedicated workspace, a television, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.  
  
Outside, you will enjoy a private area with an open-air terrace and a covered terrace. This rental also offers access to a shared outdoor space with a garden and a playground. Public transport is within walking distance, with a bus stop nearby and the SNCF Sainte Foy La Grande train station about 2.5 km away.  
  
Three parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed.  
  
Guidelines are in place to help you sort waste correctly, with further information provided on site. The property is equipped with water- and energy-saving devices, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation.
