Have stayed here several times in different buildings. Always clean, nice pool, great location and pleasant employees. The building and grounds are 150+ years old, keep that in mind and the quirks that come with the age and you’ll enjoy the stay. We can’t wait to return again.

Hotel is only 3 years old and is in great condition. In a convenient location and staff were very friendly and helpful. One minor thing I did not like was there was no place to set soap, shampoo, etc. in the shower.

We choose this property due to it's central location. Room size is ok, however the flor was a little dirty. Nice bathroom with large shower. Ac was really good. Oddly there only one chair not two Fridge, Not even a standard fridge but a micro fridge sat right at the floor so you have to bend down. A little table 2 or 3 ft would help, but there should really be a regular fridge. No water In the room, you had to go to reception and a request water. So we bought our own. Next, the TV was not turning on when we arrived. Maintain guy came twice and we learning how he did it, so we could do it ourselves. My wife got a stomach bug and had to use the restroom a lot and the toilet was clogged upland we called front desk to have it sorted. We called 3 time for it and then I went down to reception to tell them and I needed to use a bathroom myself plus my wife still needed it. I was told that there was no public bathroom in the lobby, OK then we will check out now. Then the receptionist opened the door to the bar and let me use the bathroom there. Wemhen ilI got back to our room they had solved the clogged with plunger. The bar is only open a few hours so we never bothered to visit. There is no breakfast only coffee available between 07 to 10 AM. Not at all during the day. The small pool on the back had " foggy" unclear water, compared to our own pool at our house. So we avoided it. We travel extensively, but this was the most unsatisfactory experience in a long time

Alternately there was: no air conditioning, no internet, no working phone, no hot water, no food, and people smoking cigarettes outside our room. A real dump. Stay at the Four Seasons if you want to experience actual luxury and service. Stay here if you’d like to flush your money down the toilet and be stressed out for your entire vacation.
