I stayed at this hotel for four days, and this is my second review. In my first review, I gave the highest grades because the front desk staff during my initial check‑in were excellent. Unfortunately, my second check‑in was handled by a staff member with noticeably poorer manners, and the shower fixture in my bathroom was also falling apart.
I hope these issues are just individual cases, as the hotel does have good potential when service is consistent.
