The 200 m² villa is composed as follows:

All bedrooms are equipped with fans.

Please note that bed linen is not included, but you have the option to rent it. Arrival is between 4 PM and 8 PM, and departure must take place before 10 AM. Upon your arrival and departure, your host will be present to welcome you, hand over or collect the keys, and conduct the inventory.

The front facade of the villa is stapled (natural disaster drought) pending re-expertise. This is neither structurally nor visually disruptive, as the living area is entirely located at the back of the house.
