“Great value for a quick stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in took less than two minutes. Highly recommend for an affordable road trip stop.”

“This little guest house was an absolute joy to stay in. The host was amazing everything was just as described. Will definitely stay again if we visit there again”

“There were three adults and no pets who stayed four nights. The house was very roomy, clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We only ate breakfast and take out dinners at the house. It is located in the rural area which we preferred, and in a very quiet and well kept neighborhood; it was located within 45 minutes of the events we attended three days, and using GPS made travel easy. We heard the train maybe once a day when we were at home but it was more interesting than bothersome.……

“Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. The room's colorful decor felt cheerful without being overdone, and shower pressure was solid compared to others I'd used around here.”

“We liked the location of the home, it’s walkable. We have two small dogs and we walked them over the 4th street bridge into Olympia and around them neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable but the kitchen could use some newer utensils and a perhaps a water filter pitcher. We also would have appreciated some items like aluminum foil or plastic bags to store food items in the fridge. Since we visited during July, we appreciated the fans and the AC unit in the living room, but they were……

“We had a wonderful time in Olympia! Trail House was an excellent choice for us--it was a perfect jumping off place for all the trails we walked and trips to Mount Rainier, Poulsbo/Olympic National Park, and Seattle. The parks and trails around Olympia are amazing, as are the little shops and restaurants. Trail House was clean and well equipped for our needs--including a first aid kit and backpack cooler bag!”

“Great quiet place on the lake. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will be back!”

“I loved the property and the place it was amazing. The host was amazing and easy to communicate with”

“We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs and cheaper than hotel for 4 adults. However, the AC is only a portable Costco unit and works well in the living room only. The downstairs and bedrooms have no working AC, usually in WA not a problem but, it was warm during our stay. There was a slight "dog" or musty odor and they immediately brought us a air freshener which did solve the issue. I am not a pet person and usually stay in pet free places, my bad. Also one bathroom was a……

“We had a wonderful stay! This charming and cozy home was the perfect size for our family of four. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after busy days attending events at Aspen Farms. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with the essentials. We also appreciated being just a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and local amenities. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and proactive in making sure everything was perfect……

“Convenient location and parking. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Coffee provided. Would stay again.”

“Beautiful houseboat with great view of the capital and water. Super clean and perfectly stocked for a comfortable and accommodating stay! Awesome deck off bedroom w plenty of seating, comfy bed with a/c both upstairs and down. Good food, drinks and fun atmosphere at the restaurant/bar at the marina. Be sure to ask Chris for lock box details at the entry to the dock. Highly recommend!”

“It’s just as listed , beautiful, clean, the hosts are over the top with hospitality , highly recommend!, great proximity to Mt Ranier and Olympic National Park. Very relaxing , the serenity of the forest!”

“Very nice place to stay. Dogs enjoyed the backyard. Quiet at night and the location was perfect.. Just like the listing said. Will stay there again”

“I Booked 2 nights and unfortunately they were only able to give me 1 night due to double booking. I didnt receive any check in instructions the time of booking and when it was time to check in. I didnt receive my refund when the host told me that they would refund me but overall the room was good. The communication was alright. It was off and on but the price for the booking was good.”

“We were attending a wedding and were looking for somewhere close but quiet to relax. This place was perfect and only 5min from stores. Would be a little hard to find at night. Will definitely stay there again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. What a lovely and unique home. Looking forward to staying here again.”

“The “tiny house” was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and had everything we needed for our (unfortunately) brief stay. Beds were comfy and the hot tub made for a relaxing retreat on a wonderfully cool summer evening. My daughter and I took the opportunity to visit the farm animals as we departed in the morning, definitely a highlight of our west coast road trip!”
