Located in a secure hotel residence, you benefit from a huge landscaped park of 5 ha as well as a huge swimming pool of 1000 m3, restaurant facing the sea, breakfasts, beach deckchairs, and free parking.
You are 5 minutes from downtown, golf, casino, restaurants in the marina and shops,
The apartment for 2 to 4 people located in a quiet area on the 1st floor of a Creole bungalow, is air conditioned and equipped with a queen size bed and a sofa bed, ideal for a couple with children, bathroom with shower, cupboard with wardrobe, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, large screen TV, wi-Fi, kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, vitro ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, terrace with tropical garden view, sheets, towels and beach towels provided. You will be greeted by our welcome planter and will find the necessary toiletries for your arrival as well as coffee, tea, fresh water and other surprises.
