The room was super clean, staff was helpful & kind. Only oddity was that the maid left us fewer towels each day even though we’d left them on the floor to be replaced. The location was convenient for Mardi Gras parades in uptown but not as much for Bourbon St. if the parades were going on—had to walk around to the end of the route & back down to Royal area. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was great, however the room had a distinct smell of mildew/mold that got worse with each day. I honestly dont believe I would stay there again.

Staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds and blankets were super comfortable.
The location was pretty close to everything we wanted to do, walking distance from WW2 museum. Short drive to French Quarter/Bourbon St, about 40 minutes from airboats.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff, hot showers. Breakfast was okay enough to get the job done. I must say this hotel is an affordable hidden gem. My room could’ve been cleaned a little more but I’ve stayed in worser conations and paid more per night. I’ll definitely be back.

The floor in the room was super dirty. The room didn’t look fully cleaned. The bed was clean but that’s about it. Breakfast was horrible. Juice tasted like water.
