"Room and bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t great. No elevator was inconvenient. Asked the front desk for a corkscrew and wine glasses but no glasses in the property and wouldn’t give us a corkscrew - had to bring the wine down to the front desk and have the guy there open it for me."
