"I stayed in the little apartment at the back of the property. It was so quiet it was like we had the whole place to ourselves. For lovers of peace and quiet in the middle of nowhere this is ideal. The hosts are very friendly. There is a lot of garden space and animals for the kids to see. dont forget to pick herbs from the garden for your dinner. We found the roads very quick to the local beaches and shops but please do remember there is nothing in the local village nor was there phone signal...

Der Strand in der Nähe ist gut zum Verweilen und Steintürmebauen, jedoch kann man dort nicht schwimmen gehen. Im Nachbarort gibt es alles, was man braucht. "Lovely location. If required theres not a great signal for phone service and no WIFI. The house was tastefully decorated, we personally thought there could have been a few more kitchen items eg:- baking sheets for oven, bbq tools, grate for grill pan. Although the garden looks large the cottage is in the grounds of a larger house and unfortunately my French is not great but i was assuming the garden just surrounding the cottage was for our use and having a dog, the garden area was not enclosed...

"The hotel is in a fantastic location in Bayeux. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Bayeux. Bayeux itself is in easy driving distance to all the Normandy D-Day locations. The staff could not have been friendlier. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a good European breakfast. Our only negative was we could hear the water flowing down pipe from the upstairs rooms. If you need parking, make sure to book with your reservation as they only have about 5 spaces on site. Don't expect a space to be available if you do not pre-book. "
