Check-in instruction was all French. Good thing I have Google Translate apps handy.
The unit is old. Underground parking is convenience. Closest decent grocery is the IGA, located on the main highway at about 5 miles from the property.
This is an air B&B style facility. There was no onsite manager.
Overall, it is satisfactory considering it's price.

Great location and rooms. Clean and well equipped. Would have given it 5 stars if I didn’t have to spend 45 minutes looking for parking after pre-paying via Vieux Lofts where the lot was full. I’d suggest you book independently so youre not tied to their service.
