I got in the shower and had to get out, get dressed and go ask for some. He brought it right away. Then, I didn't have a hair dryer, so I went back to the office and he brought one to me! I was told that the rain would ruin the chlorine in the water. Otherwise clean and as described. Know that the room is really a little loft. But on arrival we were advised the restaurant is closed on the weekends, so given it’s location in an industrial area finding dinner options close by was a problem. Also no fridge in the room, and their ice machine was broken although they did have cold water in the bar. Pool was nice, and the room good. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was 35deg. D'Ici et d'Ailleurs"This place is absolutely delightful. Such an amazing location and very unique. The hosts are so helpful and the breakfast in the gardens is wonderful. A couple of things to note, there are many stairs and a hill to access (on narrow roads) and if you're used to air conditioning for the summer heat, be aware as there is a ceiling fan only. It was a fabulous, relaxing stay."

"Likely one of the strangest check-in experiences of my life. Admittedly, we got in late (11pm). I called the phone number indicated and was eventually greeted by a shirtless, shoeless man. He called another person on the phone, yelled for a bit, and then escorted me to the room. I can’t be sure because of the language barrier, but I’m 90% sure he was inviting me to his room for a drink after we dropped off the luggage. He came right into the room with me and I briefly saw my life flash...
