"Maison bien décorée et confortable. Excellent accueil et bon petit déjeuner.
Concernant la chambre où nous étions, la grande armoire génant l'accès au lit serait àremplacer par une armoire moins encombrante."

"Unique accommodation (quirky even) from access via lock boxes (great!) to the space itself, multilevel with a separate sitting area and bathroom. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, a fan was provided to keep the room cool (it was 32C outside) and the shower was hot and powerful. There was a large flatscreen TV with lots of channel choices too. Breakfast was provided on a tray outside the room. If you like a non-invasive experience, in an old, stylish, unique property, in the centre...

"Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least. Stay away! Nice area, but not...

Wonderfully peaceful property in a predominately farming area. Quiet and easy parking. Not much nearby, therefore good for relaxing. Magnificent restaurant with local products and good wine options. Fantastic tasting food, nothing too fancy, just wonderful country cooking with high quality ingredients. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. Our room was huge and comfortable, except the mattress is a bit old. We enjoyed the relaxing bathtubs in the room. Highly recommended.

This is a completely renovated chateau located near the edge of town 15 min walk to central square. The reasonable rate includes a large breakfast served in a classic dining room furnished with antiques. The remodeling retained classic French chateau features, brought up to designer standards. The bathrooms, however, were very modern. The grounds are about two acres with large back area, bordered by the Lys river on one side and a small stream on the other, in a quiet country farm setting. It was all very good except we were allocated a disabled room that we did not book. This turned out to be unsatisfactory and we would not accept it on another occasion.
Plenty of places to eat nearby.
