This simple and authentic house offers a lot of space and is fully equipped. There is also plenty of space outside, including a private meadow, grove, driveway, not to mention the swimming pool with beautiful views over the countryside. Inside Characteristic living room with open kitchen and terrace. Le Moulin qui Rit is furnished with many personal items, which makes it very cozy. There are two large bedrooms, these bedrooms on the first floor can be reached via the stairs in the bathroom (32m2). Both bedrooms (62! And 32 m2) have a double bed of 160x 200\. Between these bedrooms is a large (32m2) multifunctional room with a large smart TV. The other two spaces, hardly to be called bedrooms as they are very basic, are on the ground floor and can only be reached from the outside, the first (22m2) has a double bed of 160 x 200 and the second has a double bed of 140 x 190, the last room is quite small (11m2) and suitable for young people or adventurous elderly, but it sleeps wonderfully! Outside Le Moulin qui Rit has a very spacious driveway, with enough parking space and a carport for 1 car, large garden with meadow and forest. Behind the house is the private swimming pool with a beautiful view over the countryside. The nearest neighbor is one kilometer away, so the house is very private but only 3 km away from the nice and beautiful village of Saint Pompon with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant. Surroundings Beautiful nature, lots of birds and occasional a deer or a low-flying balloonist. There are many possibilities for walking (or jogging) and cycling. Daglan (10-15 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by bike) is a very beautiful village with a lovely river, really a small paradise! Rien ne manque , équipement très complet pour la cuisine et jolie vaisselle blanche . Salle d'eau en rez-de-chaussée-de-chaussée très réussie , joli travail d'architecte, deux très beaux lavabos en pierre naturelle, WC séparé et douche très pratique et bien conçue . Buanderie à l'arrière de la maison avec lave-linge .A , l'étage pièce loisirs , canapés avec TV et deux grandes chambres avec lits king-size , nombreux couchages sur canapés . Petite piscine à l'arrière de la maison sur une butte . Deux terrasses , l'une à coté de la cuisine avec espace barbecue , l'autre face à l'entrée de la maison , ombragée avec une grande table .Beaucoup d'arbustes fleuris tout autour de la maison , les butleyas attirent une nuée de jpapillons à longueur de journées et les oiseaux gazouillent du matin jusqu'au soir. Environnement de prés et de forêts très vert et GRAND SILENCE ET CALME , on est déconnecté du bruit et de l'agitation .
